Service description

UCPReady.ai provides a free AI shopping readiness scanner and related tools that analyze publicly accessible e-commerce websites. The service checks protocol support, crawler access, structured data quality, and AI visibility to generate a readiness score and actionable recommendations.

Acceptable use

By using UCPReady.ai, you agree to:

  • Only scan websites you own or have permission to analyze
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Rate limits

To keep the service fair and available for everyone, usage is rate-limited. The main scanner allows 3 scans per day per IP address. Free tools (crawler checker, schema checker, llms.txt generator) allow 10-15 checks per day. These limits reset daily.

Accuracy and warranties

Scan results are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, results reflect a point-in-time snapshot and may not capture every aspect of a website's AI readiness. We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of scan results.

AI Visibility scores are generated using third-party AI services and reflect how AI models perceive your store at the time of scanning. These scores may vary over time as AI models and your website content change.

Directory listing

Stores that score 70 or above on the readiness scan may be automatically listed in our AI-Ready Store Directory. Listings include the store domain, score, grade, and platform. If you want your store removed from the directory, contact us.

Paid features

Certain features (such as the AI Visibility detailed report) require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

UCPReady.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
